Feeling low? I tell you what, start running. It will clear your mind and help you to feel healthy.
I started to run about 2 weeks just because I wanted to feel more healthy. Running in the morning has given me the energy boost I have needed to get through the day. On top of that I feel so much more better and mind is more clear.
So get out there and start running. You don’t need to run a marathon. Just run and don’t give-up.
